Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days (unless stated otherwise), and take 4-7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. We'll keep you updated at each step of the process, you'll receive an email from once your order is fulfilled, when it is shipped, and when it is out for delivery. 

Delays

If your order is experiencing shipping delays please reach out to us at hello@drinkama.com. Please note that external factors such as holidays or extreme weather may cause delays.

If you receive damaged items please reach out to us at hello@drinkama.com with images of your damaged product and shipping labels.
